SCHOLARSHIPS
Since 2008 Team DC has given 97 students more than $142,000 in direct financial support.
Team DC College Scholarships are given annually to openly LGBTQ student-athletes from high schools in the greater Washington, DC region.
YOUTH AWARENESS
The You Can Play Project works to ensure the safety and inclusion for all who participate in sports, including LGBTQ+ athletes, coaches and fans.
You Can Play seeks to challenge the culture of locker rooms and spectator areas by developing a culture of respect, in every player, coach and fan.
2025 marks the 50th Anniversary of Pride celebrations in Washington, DC! The Capital Pride Alliance is excited for Washington, DC to host WorldPride 2025 and share this momentous and exciting milestone with our international community.

The National Links Trust is dedicated to positively impacting local communities across the United States by protecting and promoting accessible, affordable and engaging municipal golf courses.
TEAM DC
Team DC encourages and supports involvement in team and individual sports within the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) and broader community in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Team DC strives to promote excellence, integrity, and good sporting conduct in individual and team sports.
